I'm having problems playing movie files on my ps3. I have a 232 GB SeaGate External Hard-drive. I have the folder's categorized as Picture, Video, Game, and Music. Both the music and video folder's I have stuff in not all in the video folder's are MPEG-4 format for the ps3 but I do have lots that are in correct format but it's not picking up nothing reguardless of what it is. If someone may know how to fix this problem then please message me.

Since upgrading my PS3 at the weekend i've not been able to either play on line or any games for that matter. When i turn on my PS3 it runs through the normal start up process, but under game there is not dics icon to click on. If i load a game nothing happens. I have tried the default process but nothing has changed. Any suggestions please before i throw it out the wondow and buy an Xbox.-
