The gang from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody take to the seas in this new Disney series. Zack, Cody, London and Mr. Moseby move from the well-appointed halls of the posh Tipton Hotel to London's father's luxurious cruise ship, the S.S. Tipton. Zack, Cody, and London enroll in a semester-at-sea program, which London's father hopes will make her a better student. Mr. Moseby has taken on the responsibility of watching over the three. There are also plenty of opportunities for mischief aboard the S.S. Tipton.

Meanwhile, London has trouble creating a speech for the museum's new exhibit.

Zack falls in love for Marissa, a girl who has amnesia and who Woody believes is a mermaid. Woody hires London to be a secret spy to find out the truth about her. Meanwhile, Cody is upset with the amount of towels the ship's guests use and makes his own "green" initiative. When Cody is fired for tricking guests of their towels, he dresses up as monster and steps onto his soap box made of trash to get the guests and Mr. Moseby to listen to his ideas, get the ship on a "greener" path and get his job back.
